Our Adult Mental Health program offers specialized care for a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and more. For Adolescents

Our Adolescent Mental Health is specifically designed to address the unique needs of teenagers, providing age-appropriate support that focuses on building resilience, improving emotional regulation, and developing healthy coping mechanisms. Living at the Avatar house as well as PHP, IOP have made me maintaining a good path and work on my depression much more attainable.  The counselors are great and the housing staff really goes out of their way for you.   I recommend this program for substance abuse or mental health.

I’ve been going to Avatar Health in Brunswick for few months now, I’t be happier with the care I’ve received From the moment booked my first appointment, the staff was friendly and, making the whole easy and comfortable. My therapist the to listen and understand my situation, and I’ve noticed a big in my mental well since starting sessions here. The environment feels welcoming and supportive, which it easier to open up and through tough issues. I appreciate that they offer flexible scheduling, which fits well with my busy life.
